It really is IT 2.0, hence our name TwoPointZero IT!

We monitor the health of everything we support 24/7 to create automatic pro-activity. If there is a problem, we know about it straight away and a call is automatically logged in our system.
We use Smart Systems to make ourselves efficient. These include a fantastic helpdesk and business management system, integrating our monitoring system with our helpdesk system to automatically log calls when issues are found, smart remote access so we can connect to a users PC, usually within 10 seconds and a single pane of glass where we can see the health of every device we support from a single screen.

Having worked with Alex on our IT support now for some 6 years or so, we have always found him very accommodating, keen to problem solve, and helps us maintain our network structure in our ever evolving business. I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided by TwoPointZero IT, since subscribing to their ‘Essentials’ package. My business had reached the point where my limited IT knowledge was no longer sufficient to keep our 8 PC’s functioning at peak capacity. Paying the extra for the unlimited remote support has been worth every penny. We log an issue and the team at TwoPointZero IT immediately resolve the problem in the background, whilst we make a cup of tea. And its normally fixed by the time the kettle has boiled! I am much more comfortable having my IT in the hands of experts that I know I can trust, allowing me to focus on other aspects of running my business. We use TwoPointZero's Smart IT Support and they tend to pick up issues very pro-actively which means our IT systems are very reliable and we have complete confidence that our systems are well looked after and secure. They have recently installed new touch screen computers in our workshop including the cabling. These provide automated measuring and quality control as well as significantly improving the way we program our CNC machines. This has all been done to a very high standard. We would recommend TwoPointZero without hesitation. They are always friendly, approachable and work to a high standard.
