The growing staff at TwoPointZero really are integral to its success, in fact Director Alex considers hiring their first staff member, Ethan, to be a personal highlight in the history of the business.
Ethan joined TwoPointZero in 2016 as an apprentice and has since progressed to his current position of IT Technician working alongside Senior Engineer Paul. In the last 6 months the team has been joined by Adam (who has also now been promoted to IT Technician) and the latest TwoPointZero apprentice Bradley who has settled well into the company.
Working in IT hadn’t always been the route Ethan thought he would like to pursue, in fact he was nearly 17 before he decided that an IT apprenticeship would be for him (luckily for TwoPointZero).
“That was my first interview, I was really nervous!”
But now that he’s here…..? “I love my colleagues and our customers”, he enthuses “I really enjoy coming to work and I’m hoping to grow and progress further with the company”.
All of the staff are really positive about their workplace and colleagues, “I feel privileged to say that I enjoy coming to work” agrees Billy, Alex is similarly enthusiastic, “I really enjoy coming into work – it doesn’t feel like work at all! I’m lucky to have such a great team alongside me.”
Whilst the engineers form the backbone of the company the office support staff contingent has also grown. Lindsey is now a regular feature in the office providing admin and accounts support whilst Liz manages the Social Media and marketing elements.
The staff at Two Point Zero are proud and motivated to be a part of such an exciting, growing company and are looking forward to all that the future promises to bring.
