Following on from my previous blog post about Windows 10. It turns out that there is quite a lot of controversy about the information that Windows 10 collects about you and your usage of your computer. I found a great blog post on LifeHacker here which puts this all into some perspective and goes into a great deal of detail about it.
Anyway, if you’d like to have some say in the what Windows 10 collects and uses, you can go into Settings on the Start Menu and then into Privacy. You’ll then be presented with the screen shown above where you can balance your settings between privacy and the convenience of the services they offer.
There is another cautionary tale about Windows 10 and it’s screensaver displaying everything in your Pictures folder on metro.co.uk here!
Let us know if you have any feedback on Windows 10.
