StrategiQ Case Study - Office Move, Managed IT Support and Network Improvements

StrategiQ are a leading full service agency based in Ipswich. They specialise in Web Design, SEO and Social media, creating fantastic innovative marketing strategies for their clients based all over the UK.  


We were approached by StrategiQ who were in need of an improved IT system to tie in with their current and future growth. We identified that their current system was going to be an issue as they grew and they needed something more resilient with improved performance greater capacity and fault tolerance.


Data Storage:

StrategiQ were using a cloud based storage solution for their data which was great when they were small. It was identified that this was becoming increasingly unmanageable as the company expanded. We decided that a Hybrid cloud setup would be the best way forwards. This consisted of large Smart Network Storage device with plenty of future expandability and built in cloud integration. This allows for 8TB of storage and has lots of fault tolerance should something fail. It works extremely well with the companies Apple Macs and allows not only for secure, fully audited file sharing and storage but additionally supports Apple Time Capsule backups as well, ensuring that everything on the network, wherever it is stored is fully backed up and easy to restore.


Office move / Network:

At the end of May 2016, StrategiQ moved into their wonderful new offices at Brightwell barns, near Ipswich. We assisted with this by getting the macs on a fast, reliable network to enable the best speed possible. This included setting up the network, a new Smart Wireless Grid and generally assisting with the move and ensuring the IT was working from the moment they moved.


Managed IT Support

StrategiQ wanted a high quality managed IT support solution to make sure that their Mac’s are and continue to be as fast as possible. With our Smart IT Support, we monitor the health of their Macs and Network 24/7 and staff have access to our friendly and experienced helpdesk. This means that most issues are picked up automatically by us, but when something does happen or a member of staff needs some assistance, they can just give us a call without needing to worry about trying to fix the issue themselves. TwoPointZero also regularly visit the offices for housekeeping, support, meetings and to ensure that everything is running well.
